Serverless-LarkApps — dev/admin console

A thin client of the verified-tenant, enqueue-only data path (DD-9). Served same-origin by the service. The Lark-native field-shortcut / Block / wage-ack UIs are the gated product surfaces; this proves the API contract they consume.
